Professional Summary

Every great nurse in this world will always have a all important "what is your why?" in the core of their hearts, this is the underlying purpose for choosing this crazy honourable profession called nursing. This "why" is what gets them through when facing great challenges everyday, providing the strength to continue despite the difficult times.

My "why" is my underlying purpose in this world, which is to show kindness and empathy in all of my interactions with human life. The RN role will allow me to go above and beyond for those I care for, and will subsequently plant a seed of health and life. I believe that providing laughter, happiness, empathy and positivity to those patient I look after minimises vulnerability and inequity between the nurse and patient dynamic.

I aspire to be a nurse practitioner one day, specialising in either paediatrics or geriatrics. The younger and older age spectrum have a vulnerability that allows me to apply my main strengths in practice.
