- I downstacked Pallets full of butter and sometimes racks of Verkerks meat on the daily.
- when a Curtain sider (truck with curtain sided trailer) came into the ELA id help the drivers de-buckle the buckles holding the curtain in place and then would help re-buckle them when the truck needed to leave the ELA.
- I would keep the loading docks and ELA clear of rubbish if there wasn't much to do, i also helped out with the cleaning of the facility.
- When the butter was being downstacked onto another pallet I'd wrap the Butter by hand or with the wrapping machine. I've helped the container division load and de-van their containers too...
