My customer service experience has lead me to interact with people of many different backgrounds and cultures. This has grown my communication abilities to be able to help those who are less technologically inclined or even provide service to ESL individuals.
I have also worked with many different types of people at my time at countdown and am open to people from all walks of life.
My experience in a fast paced environment lends itself useful to many situations as I can perform well at all levels of pressure
-Managed a team of up to 15 people, overlooking whole store trading operations in all departments (Customer service, Groceries, Deli etc.)
-Took customer complaints and queries regarding quality of service either in person or over the phone.
-It was my responsibility to make sure all documentation on food and health safety had been signed off accordingly.
-Deal with disorderly customers sometimes having to have them removed from the premise.
-Supervised a team of 5-10 workers in a fast paced environment. Overlooking sales and the customer service desk.
-Took customer feedback and complaints either in person or over the phone.
-Worked with a variety of different software for rostering and administration.
