- pick up fleeces from shorn sheep
- seperate and remove any stained/discoloured wool from fleeces
- prepare wool for sale by seperating into diffrent grading lines
- follow wool prep plan from farmers and wool buyers
- intruct leaner wool handlers on how to properly prepare fleeces for grading
- sweeping the shearing board making sure to always have a clean and tidy area at all times
