Teaching Philosophy
Children are the treasure of the nation. Every child is unique and is having potential to bring something special to the world. Children deserve the highest quality of care and education. I think the best part of kindergarten or childcare centre is that each child gets complete individual attention and learns while playing. These institutions are the first society of the child, where he learns to become more social. Here, he learns in a joyful community of learners and a non-competitive environment. I believe that both child and family must be at the first priority for the centre and centre must acknowledge the culture of the child’s family so that child and family can experience the sense of belonging. I want to actively interact with the child as a mother and wish to assist them as a facilitator. I believe, the job of early childhood centres is more significant as they prepare young ones for the world of learning. I give preference to the child-centred philosophy in which child’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development is at the first priority. Family and centre work together for the holistic development of the child. I will strive to be the best, highly qualified, organised and effective educator who will work hard to fulfil centre’s philosophy. Being the teacher, I wish to win the hearts of little wonders. I keen to become their friend, guide and facilitator. I pray to Lord that May he gives me the best strength so that I can help the child in all aspects which leads to the overall development of the child.
