I am a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills. I pride myself on being reliable, energetic, responsible, self-motivated and trustworthy. I am capable of working unsupervised or working as part of a team, and I really enjoy a challenge. I take pride in my work and always push myself to get the best possible job done.

As a first year Nursing student, I have recently completed at placement at Summerset on Summerhill Rest home. My responsibilities included;

Assisting residents with cares, feeding, activities

Assisting Nurses with wound care, medication administration

Assisting caregivers with the activities of daily living for residents as well as learning how to update residents progress notes and care plan interventions
