i.e household management is vaccuming,mopping,cleaning and sanitizing surfaces etc,dusting and making beds,washing and folding,ironing,cleaning windows,emptying rubbish and various other duties.
Personal cares
showering and dressing,applying what is needed to the client and giving medication as directed by the clients plan or the Nurse as stated in the plan or as been informed by the health proffesional.Documentating the right information required also with the 5 R'S RULES FOR MEDICATION.
Food preparation as stated by the client or plan.also completing all other tasks as directed by the persons in charge.
Physical and exercises
also as stated in the clients plan are also attended to in proffesional standard.
Charting residents progress and details intake,outtake,intake,physical and mental wellbeing (behaviour)
Preparing and assistanting with meals and fluids and medication,collecting specimens and other required things as the task is requested by the nurse or person in charge.
