Summary

A goal of mine, both in a professional sense and outside of work, is to constantly challenge myself. For me, if you're not pushing, you're not growing, learning or discovering, which is what I am most passionate about.

I have worked in leadership roles for the past 15 years, focusing on instilling a strong team dynamic and collaborative work focus to achieve high-level outcomes.

I merge strong communication skills with effective leadership strategies and I am a very 'people-focused' person.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with family and, as an avid sports fan, I continue to mentor youth footballers through the Ellerslie football youth development program.
