- Responsible for courtesy vehicle/company vehicle checks, keeping the vehicles tidy.

- Once a month I would complete a report for each vehicle - E.g. wof, rego, checking for vehicle maintenance issues.

- Managing the inward parts inventory which involves checking the parts/invoices to make sure they are correct.

- Ensured all parts are of a satisfactory standard so that they are available for the upcoming repairs to client vehicles.

- Assisting as required in the panel and paint shop.

- Vehicle detailing.

- Ensured client satisfaction in all aspects of interior and exterior cleaning.

- Responsible for setting up and creating the brokerage's new client base. I also managed the existing AMP general client base - Assisting staff with the technical knowledge required to carry out there duties - Training/Support/Monitoring.

As an Insurance Broker my role was very varied and challenging at times.

Duties include:

- Supporting, servicing, reviewing existing clients carrying out changes as required and dealing with claims and creating sales opportunities.

- Sourcing new clients, providing quotes and taking out the covers.

- Liaising with Insurance assessors and Investigators regarding Insurance claims.

- Met with clients visiting the clients sites/premises to discuss there renewals.

- Had to deal with other subjects such as fleet management, health and safety, resource management, fire protection/security, fire and emergency, cyber crime.

- Liaised with the banks regarding scheme Insurance.

- Liaised with Insurance Brokers to provide quotes and take out covers.

- Was involved with premises surveying and risk assessment.

- Responsible for staff management dealing with Insurance/Mortgages/Finance/Loans.

- Handled Commercial and Domestic Insurance.

Sales/Support/Servicing/Processing/Claims handling.
