• Build of a $1.8MIL new home, Wlecome Bay
• Leading builder on a subcontract to Watts & Hughes Construction for 8 x new classrooms - Kawerau Primary School and 2 x new classrooms - Otumoetai Primary school - new build.

• The construction and fit-out finishings of a $2.5 mil home.
