worked as an unqualified baker in various bakeries until 2000 and traveled to a Australia working in a pizza place and also in a cafe as a cook for a few months. Returned to New Zealand 2001 and had my first son in 2002. took on my sons full time care when he was three moths old. studied towards my commercial transport licence in 2018. Obtained my class 4 in the same year and worked at Dawson's suction trucks until 2019 when i took over day to day care of my father until he passed away in 2020. worked on tranmission gully until 2022 and shortly after started working for my current employer Higgins contractors.

studied all aspects of cookery with great success. obtained employment at The pink flamingo halfway through my studies. Soldiered on but unfortunately found the workload too much so withdrew from studying to full time work and unfortunately didn't get any recognition for what i did study.
