• Henry Blakely Landscapes is an award winning, innovative, and creative landscape design and construction company. I was part of their small garden maintenance team.
• It was my job to maintain some very bespoke gardens for Henry's clients.
• I maintained large residential gardens, lifestyle blocks and city courtyard gardens.
• I communicated effectively with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns they may have had, and altered irrigation systems to suit their garden's needs.
• As part of my job description I weeded, pruned, cut hedges, trimmed buxus and topiary, as well as general cleaning of water features/pathes and removal of leaves.

* During my time at Riccarton Park I was in charge of ordering the summer and winter annuals, as well as the design, planting and maintenance of their large flowerbeds.

* I was also charged with fertalization, spray for pests/disease, pruning and dead-heading their many rose bushes.

* I was charged the garden maintenance of their two function centres.

* This position involved a lot of general weeding.

* I worked to assist a visually impaired student with her day to day learning and activities that she participated while at school.

* When the visually impaired student was not at school, I coordinated with teachers to support English Language Learners.

* Effective communication with the student, her teachers and parents were very important.
