About Me

I'm all about keeping a healthy balance in life. I am very passionate about the gym, the reason I love weightlifting is because it showcases my dedication, discipline and goal-setting abilities to myself. In my first year of lifting, I could not squat 60kgs, it seemed impossible to me at the time. Now I squat 80kgs for many repetitions, it is truly amazing what you can accomplish with determination and hard work. I also enjoy nature, walking, hiking, and the beach. However, my favourite hobbies are reading books to expand my knowledge of the world, and painting/drawing as I get to express my creative side through art. Above all, I cherish moments with friends and family, I love trying new activities and adventures to create unforgettable memories. That's me in a nutshell!
