My name is Peone I’m 28 years old I’ve been working in the Factory food industry since I was 18. I’ve lived in New Zealand my whole life I have 2 beautiful children. I’ve always been someone who enjoys a hands on job I don’t consider myself sitting at a desk as a job for myself but hopefully I can work my way up to that standard as I get older. The simple goal is to provide for my family aswell as achieve further goals and experiences. I didn’t have much growing up being raised by a single parent so I am always grateful for all the opportunities that I’ve been given and can proudly say that I am a hardworking 28 year old raised by a hardworking mother. I hope to become part of an awesome team and gain more experience for future endeavours.

After Delmaine I took some time off to do a bit of traveling then I started at GWF in 2021 and left for a bit in between 2021-2023 to have my daughter and then returned . My job title is very similar to Delmaine which were
- Line work
- Operating machinery such as cutters, crate stacker and metal detectors
- Data entry(Crucial when recording down the correct use by dates and also making sure the use of the product matched the labels)
- Trouble shooting ( operating the bread line meant that it helped to be fast and efficient while fixing breakdowns aswell as the change overs during each new product as the bread would run continuously for hours at a time)
- Reporting of spillage/foreign matter/insects and potential hazards within the work place.

I started at Delmaine Fine Foods shortly after my 18th Birthday and stayed there untill February of 2021 to further my experience at other companies. My job as a process worker included
- Premixing of ingredients for pasta fillings
- Data entry including reporting QCP and CCP and other hazards and incidents within the factory.
- Manual handling lifting 25kg bags of flour/semolina used for pasta dough aswell as other ingredients .
- Troubleshooting/ fixing machinery for pocket forming(multivac) during breakdowns and also label machines.
- Packing and stacking - Line work
- Operating of machinery such as multivacs,metal detectors and pavans.
