Study/ research

Work with World Association Disaster and Emergency Management  colleagues to do research in Mass gathering events and recreational Drug use at outdoor music Festivals. The research  is undertaken to provide better health outcomes for young people to reduce the impact of recreational drug use harm and improve pathways to reduce harm minimisation  and improve education. 


A member of Coastguard NZ Maori  Pacifica  advisory group  Te Puhara Mana Iwi , I am able to work with other members to drive better understanding of Maori  and Pacifica within the Coastguard team but to also help to derive better water safety initiatives and support.
