  • Accountable for developing and delivering TBHP’s strategic plan, marketing strategy, implementing human resource framework (recruitment, induction, training, disciplinary procedures, remuneration banding/scaling), implementation of other business framework including KPI’s and policy manual, H&S (using Vault), development of asset and utilities management plan and project manage any new developments, producing and delivering monthly operational reports and analytics
