Perform various tasks in a small team to ensure operation standards are met.

Lead a shift from the control room, communicating with other operators to ensure production and processes are fulfilled correctly.

Producing feed through batching computer and adjusting amps and steam on presses depending on feed type.

Communicating with truck drivers and sending out up to 32 tonne orders for allocated farms.

Updating or changing feed formulas and schedules when required.

Lifting 25kg bags and unloading them into allocated product bins.

Using a forklift to lift extremely heavy product bags and unloading them into allocated product bin.

Testing feed for quality purposes through a sieve test and NIR test to determine the feed is in spec.

Using forklift to unload pallets of product from trucks.

• Dealing with customers every day, checking what type of work needs to be done, and ensuring they are happy with the service being provided

• Filtering and service all necessary machinery to ensure product is at highest quality for consumer
• Making sure stock is replenished so we don't run out, and also rotating stock according to use by date
• Calling tradespeople, eg
• Plumbers, etc when necessary jobs are required to be carried out
• Cleaning the carpark and changing all bins on a day to day basis to keep the appearance of the restaurant looking professional
• Waterblasting the exterior of the building as well as the corral to get rid of any cobwebs or debris that may buildup in the area as well as give a very clean looking finish
• Detail clean toilets, playground, air vents and machinery for hygiene and cleanliness purposes
• Carry out handyman jobs whenever asked by a senior/restaurant manager
• Make sure bins are put out on designated days

• Do various maintenance plumbing jobs accompanied by my supervisor
• Unblock toilets, drain unblocks, tap changes, washer changes, fitting pipe, etc
• Work with hand tools and power tools to complete set tasks
• Visit plumbing suppliers to get parts necessary for the jobs we have on
• Drive work van to various worksites
• Complete modules, block courses, and other daily courses necessary for the trade
• Wear PPE suitable for the task at hand

• When customers brought in colors that needed to be matched, I was able to do so
• Rotating stock to ensure the newest paint is last to go out the door
