Summary

Over the last nineteen years I have held various roles in several industries with a focus on relationship building with local and government organisations, senior negotiations, sales/business development, account and contract management and delivering excellence in customer service.

In the past three years I have been in a leadership position as a Senior Strategic Land Supply Manager with Kāinga Ora. Responsibilities included, but not limited to strategic property acquisitions from The Crown, Councils, and the private market suitable for large and medium scale housing developments throughout New Zealand and more specifically in the East Coast, North Island.

As a stakeholder representative in the Housing Delivery initiatives with Iwi, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, Wairoa and Central HB Councils and as a member of the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce and Rotary, I have the unique prospective to follow current developments and challenges faced by local and national government departments as well as private businesses and enterprises especially across the Central North Island.

I believe in delivering excellence through strong community involvement, consultation and building goodwill and relationship with local organisations, councils, and Iwi.
