Additional Information

A solid HSEQ professional who is a consistent and thorough performer with great experience and skill in keeping people safe in dangerous work environments including Construction, Roading, Mining and Underground works, Asbestos and more.

I have now gained several years of experience in the New Zealand market with several years' experience in the Construction environment with both TIL and TSL..

Firstly, in a challenging situation with Total Infrastructure Ltd, where I had to undertake a major upgrade of H&S Documentation, systems in addition to a revision of their ISO documentation. I had to fight very hard for this given, as my referee would attest - a somewhat apathetic attitude from the Directors of the Company who have not been supportive at all, leading to me resigning from TIL in both occasions.

In August 2021 I took a new position at TSL. I was approached by TIL in August 2022 and return to TIL on request, as they faced suspension from their ISO Certification.

I am very dedicated, take my role very serious and will work whatever hours it takes to get the job done. I see my role as a dual role in which I my aim is to keep both employer - PCBU, and employees safe from harm. In keeping employees save it will ultimately lead to keeping the PCBU Safe from harm in their compliance to their duties as a PCBU.

At this point I am looking to move to an employer who are totally committed in and to the purpose of my role. I am very personable and has a track record of developing good relationships with workers on the ground - I take a personal interest, knowing all 100 people by their names and get to know them on a personal basis
