• Review and approval of Construction Management documents, such as Construction Execution Plans (CEPs) Construction Work Packs (CWPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and other such documentation used by the Tunnel team.
• Regular internal and external audits and inspections undertaken on the Tunnel Team’s use of Quality Assurance processes, such as those requirements described in CWPs and ITPs.
• Monitor and review the Tunnel Team’s progressive completion and collation of required construction evidence.
• Facilitate the timely completion of any subsequent closeout activities.
• Managed Non-Conformance Report (NCR) systems and monitor the timely completion of any identified non-conformance event.
• Assisted in the capture, investigation and dissemination of any ‘lessons learned’ events or opportunities for improvement.
• Provided necessary Quality-based training and ongoing support to Tunnel Team members and Subcontractors, in their use of the LAQMS contents relevant to their work.
