  • 5M+ Project
  • Client: BodyCorp were the direct point of contact for approvals and insurance liaison.
  • Client Contractor PRENDOS. Prendos were responsible for: Initial scope, Tender of main contractor, Engineering, Architectural and Client Components.
  • Scope: Event Day -1, Restoration. Bring up to current code and achieve compliance. Remediate pre existing site Defects. Client Betterment
  • Working on behalf of the main contractor, My primary role was to manage the work program, scheduling, be main point of contact to clients and home Occupants. To manage the site and subcontractors. To escalate any risks and request variations. To report on Progress for payment purposes.

  • Process evaluation for Asset Lifecycle, from Need to procurement to Delivery. Specifically to ensure gates are in place for IS / Ha IS engagement as well standardization of asset data gathering.
