Since having children in 2007, I have worked part time in two roles. I am adaptable and have strong organisational skills, a great attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
Entirely responsible for managing the finances of a Data Analytics company of 20 staff. The responsibilities include managing payroll, accounts receivable/payable, managing budgets, monthly business health reporting, supporting leadership team's decision making, completing IRD tax obligations and managing relationship with the accountant. Have used Xero, Sharepoint and Smartly extensively in this role.
Managed multiple residential leadership programmes. This included programme registration, invoicing, liaising with participants and venues, guiding participants through behavioural surveys, diary management. Set up and ran multiple surveys on Qualtrics and Survey Monkey platforms. Provided a lot of other adhoc support for the Catapult team.
