My experience in the work force is mainly in tourism sector of frontline and with that experience I would like to venture out and try new things, new sectors and new places. Once I am able to do what is required of me from the knowledge and confidence in my work space, I can deliver the work with limited supervision and with outmost respect of the company. I am a mother of three, I have welcomed my third child in March. I had just moved back to the Islands from New Zealand and am currently looking for work to support my family.

- This was a very different side of production for me, as a labourer we dealt with lamb meat, ensuring health and safety is done correctly ensuring the production runs well, utensils be held and used safely and secured and products be handled with outmost care. Learning new techniques, meeting new people and having the knowledge on how the product is done and made.
- I have been fully trained on variety of labour roles such as....
- - Brommie (ensuring work space is cleared and maintained for safety of products and employees to conduct their roles also ensuring a good health and safety workspace).
- - Visceral Trays (Sorting of red and white offal into allocated trays which leads to designated departments. Offal and tripe room.)
- - Pizzle Tail/Aorta removal (trimming tails, Pizzle and Testies. Ensuring a good clean cut and trim of products. Aorta removal to an approval standard.) Ensuring Health and safety is used.
- - Offal (sorting, trimming and allocating red offal into designated packaging and weight
- This was a very physical workspace but I enjoyed the workplace. For the years I have worked with Alliance group in varies positions and understanding the importance of food safety I have vast my knowledge in the meat industry.
- The companies and colleagues helped me step out of my shell and communicate with customers in a well-mannered and professional way, they offered different products to tourism and the community, learning different system and operations. It was and is a good experience for me, a climb into improving myself realizing new traits I have experience and yet to explore in these different businesses, learning different ways of presenting myself, and how to deal with customers and I hope that if given the opportunity, I will do my very best!

- As a frontline booking agency the work ethic are as similar to my previous work places. interacting with customers, apply booking for their reservations, online reservations and bookings, online confirmation and payments, problem solving for any mishap with guest. During my time here lockdown occurred meaning no guest, I moved to their villas doing house keeping duties. Keeping the villa in good conditions and also going between te Vara Nui and the villas maintaining the area till Rarotonga was out of lockdown.

- I worked with POR (Perfumes of Rarotonga) as Sales Assistance located in Panama Factory, this required customer service as it is a very important value, producing products, and producing orders for our store Cooks Fudge Factory, orders for other business and accommodations, POR also includes Cooks Fudge Factory, IDCK and Goodlife store. I have experience working in all these different stores learning each individual store products and systems and its target markets.

- I started with Island Car & Bike Hire as frontline sales, the job requires me to deal with clients, handling payments, booking reservations, car grooming and also booking reservations at the airport. It took me a few weeks to understand the system, the staff, the business locations, how they operate and tourism location (accommodation), then working independently. The position required physical work which was a good way to keep fit and active.
