I currently work in quality control within the logging industry, where I am responsible for accurately measuring log length and diameter to ensure the log is in spec. My role also includes identifying and branding the log with a stencil and spray paint while also communicating with the machine operators that are also working alongside me.
I'm a dedicated athlete with a strong background in high performance sport. I currently play rugby for the Hawke's Bay Tuis and train within a high performance gym environment, where I have developed advanced skills in teamwork, resilience, time management, and goal setting. Balancing high performance training with other commitments has strengthened my work ethic, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
