• Involved in day to day receiving and solving of Request for service related to 3-Waters services, providing rate payer satisfaction by addressing concerns, guidance and solving current issues
• Involved in day to day running of the 3-Waters Operations and Maintenance Contract including checking and verifying the monthly claims by the Contractor and to check if the Health and safety regulations are followed by the Contractor.
• Collaboration with various contractors for the CAPEX projects related to 3-Waters for defining project scope, objectives, Health and safety documentation and deliverables for successful contract execution.
• Demonstrated adaptability by effectively managing multiple concurrent contracts within the deadlines as per the Contractors programme of work while making sure that all project specifications and Council regulations and Bylaws are followed by the Contractor.
• Optimized budgets by tracking daily contractor works on site and made sure that the projects are being completed as per the Schedule of prices originally submitted (only subject to variations)
• Provided regular status updates to management by conducting monthly meetings in our Water and Waste department advising them regarding ongoing contracts, highlighting any potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Strengthened relationships with various suppliers by maintaining open lines of communication and having a good sense of humor and by making sure that purchase orders are sent tot them in a timely manner.
• Reviewed specifications and technical drawings of various projects and made sure Contractor adhered to the provided information and applicable regulations.
• Involved in checking of various 3-Waters project for Initial TMP checking and approval, Site audits on Contractor, Practical Completion stage and during the completion of the Defects Liability period.

• Create and maintain schedules to support a fast-phase environment
• Use workers and resources in the most effective manner
• Use software's to generate report and schedules
• Participating in regular meetings with management to discuss if the timelines are met.
• Ensure that all the safety and health guidelines are followed.

• Project: Spica Elegante- Development of Residential building consisting of 28 Apartments along with 2 commercial shops

Project: Enerrgia SKYi Manaslake- Development of Township project consisting of 16 Residential Apartment Towers along with a shopping complex consisting of 20 commercial shops and also consisting of Water Treatment plant

• Quantity surveying and estimation works in all aspects in ISO formats, including preparation of all various formats of QS and Estimation like material calculation.
• Complete rate analysis and costing works required to activate any activity/ project or sublet any activity in all aspects by through study of item specifications and market rates.
• Preparation, checking and approval of Subcontractors/ Clients billing for various projects according to required formats.

Project: Enerrgia SKYi Manaslake- Development of Township project consisting of 16 Residential Apartment Towers along with a shopping complex consisting of 20 commercial shops and also consisting of Water Treatment plant

• As Junior Site Engineer, my responsibilities included site execution as per the drawing provided by Architect and Structural consultant.
• To watch and inspect the construction work according to the provided standard norms and ensure that it is done in full accordance with drawing and technical specification within the estimated time and budget.
• To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to check the work as guided by the Quality Engineer.
• Completed infrastructure works like Trimix Concreting.
