I own and operate my own workshop, successfully partnering with various manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka. I specialize in setting up and operating CNC engraving, milling, and lathe machines to produce precision components for a range of industries. In addition to maintaining all machines, I keep detailed records of machining parameters, tool changes, and quality control inspections. I also take pride in training and mentoring junior machinists, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement in my workshop.

I have operated CNC wood router machines,creating 2D and 3D designs for doors windows and cabinets,as well as performed mechanical and electrical maintainance.I have also worked closely with the quality team to ensure high quality standards are met.

I got experience in operating engraving machines and am well versed in international quality procedures.

I have got the extensive experience in the complete casting process including electroplating and vaccum plating.I have also designed and machined moulds for casting with precision and attention to detail.

Worked with CNC engraving machines. Experienced in advertising and printing process. Expertise includes designing cutting tools and working with variety of machine like lazer engraver,wood routers,foilling machines.

,Got well rounded understanding of international standard organizational practices,including quality procedures,time management,team work,material efficiency and effective communication. My hands on experienced includes working with lathe and milling machines using Fanuc and Sinumerik controllers ,operating CNC machines,monitoring production processes and conduducting quality check.
