Job Responsibilities:
- Driving business growth by managing the entire presales lead generation process, including acquisition, nurturing, closure, and transition.
- Collaborating with team members, managers, and stakeholders to achieve established objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing current operations, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing go-to-market strategies.
- Assisting managers in exploring and supporting new business development opportunities.
- Liaising with Site Head along with Closing Manager to evaluate potential closures from Direct Vertical.
- Researching and implementing cross-functional, intra-industry, and cross-industry best practices to meet departmental goals and reduce inefficiencies.
- Analyzing department-related issues and offering effective solutions.
- Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Managing activation costs within pre-approved budgets.
- Implementing Data Strategies, SMS and Email Marketing. Also servicing the leads received through ATL activities and various digital platforms and to provide feedback to respective stakeholders.
- Handling vendor and finance management.
- Creating reports using data analytics and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Conducting learning and development programs for the department.
