I have a vast range of interests and am passionate about Indigenous healing and Spirituality, Integrative Healing Practices and Indigenous cultures, knowledge and Whakapapa I have been an avid traveller who enjoys experiencing cultural exchanges and sustainable living practices I value my own whanau, hapu and iwi connections and am an active participant at our local marae also keeping informed with our roots further afield on the East Coast (Tairawhiti)


My love for the Earth, People, Music, Cosmology,Astronomy,Psychology and Philosophy has enabled me to connect with multitudes of wonderful conscious BEings from all walks of life in beautiful spaces around the globe


I have been a keen sports woman participating and leading teams in Softball, Indoor netball, Touch Rugby,Tennis, Basketball, Squash, Badminton, Gym and Waka Ama at Regional,National and International levels and have also been involved with Rugby League as a club Secretary,Manager and Sport Medic


My priorities have shifted now as a solo mother and my philosophy of making sure to nurture and enhance my 13 year old daughters life experiences as much as possible is key She is a fine example of her tipuna (ancestors) Grounded in Te Ao Maori, she is a kohanga reo exponent attending Kura a Iwi and mainstream primary education settings She has been homeschooled andcurrently attends St Josephs' Maori Girls College She has travelled the world with her mother to various Indigenous Healing and Education Conferences

We have spent much time living in Kaua'i, Hawaii subsistence farming fully off grid I am now focussed on providing a sustainable, innovative, holistic lifestyle for my daughter as she continues to flourish
