Majestic had been a family business that I've dedicated my time and effort since the day it was opened. I have had many years of experience at but not limited to customer service, sales and the job of receptionist, I did whatever it was needed for the shop to run smoothly during the day and made sure I promoted each product to the fullest. I am fully reliable and great with cash handing, managing my time well and have the flexibility of working during the weekends and public holidays. I have have many years experience at Majestic Nails and Beauty, excelling in customer service and satisfaction. my family has come from china but I have grew up here, so I'm bilingual in English and Chinese, I effectively resolved customer complaints with empathy, and outstanding communication skills. I used to work under high-pressure situations, such as 12 hour shifts during charismas periods and but still consistently exceeding service goals and promoting products successfully.
