• Packing different types of meats into boxes
• Manually vacuum packing meat packs
• Pushing beef for the beef boners ready to cut
• Throwing bones onto the belt the leads to the bin outside
• Collecting a certain type of meat, packing into a bad ready to be vacuum by the machine
• Working in iPack
• Keeping an close eye on the X-ray
• Checking boxes for bones or other things that the X-ray has detected
• Refilling the lid machines when running low
• Keeping work area clean During and before the shift is finished
• Keeping an eye on the machines incase it has missed a label on the boxes or if a box has come out of the machine without a lid
• Strapping and labeling boxes the machine has missed
• Doing re-works, putting the meat into a new box and giving it a new label if the box is damaged
• Making sure everything is running smoothly

• Operating hand tools such as Hammers, Drills, Saw, Planes, Measuring tapes and Nail guns
• Building frames to what is shown on the plans
• Collecting the right trolly with the wood for the jobs
• Cutting down wood if to long
• Planing down wood if to thick
• Building inside frame then sending it to the next station to put the top and bottom plates
• Wrapping and stacking the finishing projects ready to be sent out

• Understanding the layout of different plans
• Sub-Assembly - Assembling doors and windows using nail gun, hammer, measuring tape, drop saw, ripper.
• Station 1 - Framming machine, using computer to select the right job, setting up Top and Bottom plate then proceeding to frame the wall by pushing start and using the numbered timber to place in the right position to completing the wall, ready for station 2.
• Station 2 - Helping out with GIB
• Stillage - Assisting with the loading of walls onto the trolley using crane machine getting ready to be sent out onto site.

• Labourer for CityCare - Taking down fences, loading onto trucks, load and unload materials from trucks. Spreading soil around buildings, assisting builders with building fences, walkways etc.
• Temp at Rinnai - Assembling bluetooth fireplaces, prepping so always 2 steps ahead and never far behind, reading and understanding the checklist before sending it to the next station.

• Digging holes
• Helping the builders with tools
• Using power tools and Hand tools

End of March 2017 got transferred to the Installation Team

First started working in the factory side of things, 7months doing factory work

• Loading and unloading Bobbins
• Making sure everything is going smoothly
• Keeping an eye out on bobbins incase they run out
• Rotating between 2 positions
• Seeing if there is missing stitching which will need mending
• Transferring grass onto a big trolley
• Rotating positions with machine operator
• Operating machine
• Keeping close eye on needles
• Making sure there is no missing stitches
• Making sure the knives and hooks under the machine are sharp cause if blunt it with rip the grass
• Keeping area clean

TigerTurf also had a Construction Team, doing the base works

• Taking care of the rubbish on site
• Making sure by the end of the day the site is clean and clear of hazards
• Working with a Crafted Knife
• Rolling out the rolls of grass and putting them into place
• Gluing the seams together with a special glue and tape
• Helping out Team Leader
• Working along side other team members helping them
• Helping out the boys with base
• Drilling
• Mixing pavements
• Working with concrete
• Working with loose metal
• Drilling holes for post around the boarder
• Keeping site clean

Working on the table meant that there was many stations to work on, going through almost 6,000 to 9,000 sheep skin each day.

• Budup, transferring skin that has been dumped on the ground onto a trolley
• Feeder, transfer skin from trolley onto a belt the will go up to the grinders where they grind anything loose off the skin
• Middle Man, after the grinder has finish he/she will drop then skin where it goes onto another coming towards the Middle Man where i will stand there and transfer the skin from that belt to another having to flip and place skin onto the belt a specific way
• Spreader, 2 people on the Spreader one on each side once the middle man has transferred the skin it is the Spreaders job to spread the skin perfectly so when it goes under the acid machine, the acid will spread evenly onto the skin

• Cutting big sheets of glass into peers with a machine
• Making sure no scratches were on the glass
• Cleaning the glass
• Putting peers of glass together with a special machine
• Then using a hot rubber glue gun to glue together ready for framing
