  • An eye to detail when calculating income and verifying document, showing initiative as well as doing the job right the first time were essential skills that I mastered in this role

  • As an after hour’s customer service representative for Geneva healthcare, I was the first line of contact for both support workers and clients when they contacted outside office hours
  • The role included allocating support workers to clients based on the requirements and history of the client, communicating with clients and ensuring their needs are met, contacting client’s next of kin when required and liaising with client’s coordinators with any updates from the client, support worker or next of kin of the client

  • My role as a customer service representative involved making courtesy outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers to ensure we had the correct details for a successful Fibre connection and to give customers an opportunity to ask further questions as to what the process entailed
