My biggest inspiration for cooking is my parents. They are so excellent at cooking Vietnamese Cuisine. I grew up with a lot of love and support from them and i am following my dream in Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand. Over the past year, i have learnt a huge knowledge and tried different kind of dishes. Besides cooking, i also spend time on other hobbies. I often listen to music or even podcast while cooking, sometimes i do dancing. Then once or twice a week i will spend my time on writing journal or diary. Before moving to New Zealand, i had opportunities to travel many places in Vietnam and other countries and tried a lot of food. I would like to work harder so i can travel around the world and gain more experiences.
