My business partner and I work as a team along with our concept architect Jack McKinney to build new architectural homes and commercial buildings. From Land Use Consent and Building Consent stage to design, build and code of compliance.


Owned and architecturally re-designed and built more than 20 residential houses, including a 7 site subdivision in Grey Lynn and a 4 level architecturally designed commercial build on Ponsonby Road.


Interior design:

Balancing the redesign of architectural plans with functionality and desirability in mind without losing the architectural edge. Responsible for designing all interiors including kitchens and bathrooms ahead of the current market trends, sourcing high end materials and products per space.


Landscape design:

Sourcing plants and planting.


Client work:

Working with clients on interior design when houses are sold off plan or part way through construction.


Property manager:

Interviewing tenants for properties, tenancy agreements, property management.


Office Manager:

All areas of office management:

Xero software, MS Office.

Quoting and invoicing clients and obtaining quotes from subcontractors.

Paying invoices, PAYE, payroll, two monthly G.S.T., bank reconciliations.

Individual Employment agreements, staff travel, filing, arranging insurances, setting up new accounts, Purchasing stationary, freight and logistics etc.
