I am a team player and a people's person. My strength lies in creating relationships and strengthening them. I can see where creating and building a relationship with another organisation or business can help support the objectives of any role I am employed in. I have an understanding of people whether it is a CEO of a company/organisation or someone living on the streets. With over 20 years' experience in Customer Services type roles, I understand people and how to give excellent service. I have spent over 10 years as a Property Manager and have a good knowledge of property and tenancy law. I love working with people and enjoy making them feel like they've been heard and responded to. I am task orientated, a multi tasker, and am very efficient and organised. I am not a sit and wait person. I like to get up and support someone who is busy or find something to do. My passion is community development and helping to empower and connect people. I enjoy working as part of a team but am just as happy working autonomously. I am also successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I am always willing to take on anything handed to me with a smile on my face.
