Oaklynn Specialist School has 221 ākonga and 219 kaimahi. We support neurodiverse ākonga from the ages of 5-21 years old. I'm currently on the school leadership team and lead a team of 6. This involves regular meetings, appraisals and goal setting. I have extensive knowledge supporting all facets of Administrative and School Property duties. I support the Board of Trustees as a minute secretary. I oversee Edpay, Xero and HR tasks ensuring accuracy and aligning segregation duties with regards to Annual School Audit compliance. I am in the leadgroups for Health & Safety, ICT and Manaakitanga. Due to the nature of Special Schools, our kaimahi cover 4 different collective agreements in schools. I am relationship based supporting all new staff as they begin their journey at Oaklynn.
