I developed and implemented successful communiations to support Planned Programmes brand awareness and stakeholder knowledge. This included presenting to over 300 people over 25 sessions to our Place-based teams including holding post presentation Q&A sessions
Reviewed and evaluated existing documentation and procedures to recommend revisions or updates as needed to support Scoping guidelines
Collaborated with internal business groups to develop fit-for-purpose technology solutions to support transformation initiatives within Planned Programmes. This led to successful delivery outcomes for the i5000 pilot and exterior paint and roof replacement inspections supporting carrying out programmes in line with best practice and valid work order controls.
Developed training materials and delivered training for staff related to the Roof and Exterior Paint programs, including the formulation of a decision-making matrix in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Mentored team members in stakeholder communications and project management best practices.
Developed and maintained project plans, timelines, reporting, budgets, lessons learned and risk and issues documentation and to support programme delivery
Provided strategic advice to senior stakeholders on a variety of business initiatives on an ongoing basis, including stakeholder engagement with wider business groups as required.
Regularly faciliates meetings with key stakeholders to discuss objectives, strategies and soluitions
Created presentations for sensior management outlining findings from varios projects
