Accomplishments

Successful management of all facets of Summerset Operations Leadership Conference, an annual event for 90 senior leaders from across the country, 3 years in a row, providing a well received offering, within budget. Positive feedback received for each event.


Streamlining of Accounts Payable function at CareNZ moving from a paper based system, to online functionality, improving processing speed and effectiveness.


Successful implementation of effective payment processes while at Royal Commission to ensure timely payment of suppliers. Prior to this, there was no responsibility taken for the space, and payments were late, or not being made. This resulted in better supplier relationships, and


Responsibility for the end to end management of Fujitsu's annual overseas incentive holiday for top customers and their families. This involved running 2 concurrent holidays - one for couples, and one for families, over the period of 10 days. Successfully working to budget while providing an enjoyable and well presented offering, with engaging presenters, and plenty of holiday time.
