Technical-Field Service Engineer

  • Responsible for Commissioning/Decommissioning, operation, testing, Integration, optimisation, troubleshooting, problem solving, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating instrumentation of sensor-based grading and sorting Equipment’s manufactured by Tomra Compac
  • Working closely with Global Project managers and sales engineers and provide extensive Technical Field reports
  • Work/lead with mechanical fitters and turners or contractors in installing Conveyers, chains, rollers, fillers, and all other mechanical components and assure all are integrated and configured
  • Prepare each field trip with the necessary customer information, equipment, registration of tasks performed
  • Responsible for having spares parts and consumables required for the proper delivery of the service / task using field service management reporting tools
  • Perform Preventative maintenance including pre/post season servicing of machines to enhance ongoing performance
