I worked with a focus on delivering pizzas quickly and safely. After graduating from high school, I learned how to make pizzas while prioritizing delivery and also handled customer service. Eventually, I became a part-time manager. Through this experience, I have learned the importance of taking on new challenges and committing to one job.
The yakiniku restaurant Minmin, where I worked, was a very large and busy place. There, I worked both in the hall and the kitchen, becoming part of a team alongside ten other staff members each day.
What I learned from this experience was the importance of working as a team, with each member acting thoughtfully and always thinking ahead. Even when someone made a mistake, we covered for each other, and I grew to adapt flexibly to different situations every day.
