• Make sure that any activity offered for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP
• Coordinate with PMC site Inspection team and make sure that each member of the team is aware of the project quality requirements
• Make sure that all inspection team members have access to an updated copy of the project documents related to the discipline of each member
• All site inspection shall be carried out vide an official Inspection and Test request (ITR) submitted by the CONTRACTOR through the proper channels

• Preparing Material Submittal (MAR) and follow up with Consultant for an approval
• Preparing Shop drawing as per the approved design drawing

• Making material request and follow for the delivery and checking the material as per the approved submittal at the time of delivery at site
• Rising of RFI to generate as variation by verifying drawing and specification and project correspondence
• Raising Material verification request to Consultant, and get the approval on regular basis for claiming the Monthly bill
• Preparing the project budget and accordingly finalize the supplier
• Organize the meeting with subcontractor to closeout any Site Technical issues
• Arranging the site training program to site facility management
