I joined as TMP & Audit Supervisor and, after 3 months, was promoted to National TMP & Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & client relationship management: Communicate with clients to provide them with TTM, TMP, quotes, and attend meetings. Achievement: - customer satisfaction and repeating project deliveries.
• TMPs & Audit Deliveries: currently managing & looking after the team of 5 TMP designers workload and one Auditor. Achievement- My team designing & submitting TMPs within a week and I communicate with clients, TMCs, RCAs, TTM operational team from all depots across New Zealand to get approval of TMPs and delivering TTM & Audit.
• TMP design proficiency: Providing consultancy & quotations of TMPs & TTM from small to large projects, including events & films to escate TTM process from step one to last and maintaining record of everything by using Smartsheet, Alloc8, & Database and creating TMP & Audit invoicing.
• Training: Train new & junior TMP designers to achieve TTMP Ticket- Achievement 5 TMP designers & 1 Auditor
• Operational Leadership-Teaching my team to use Rapid plan, AutoCAD Software and CAR applications platform like myWorksite, Submittica, & Before you dig. Leading the team to meet KPIs and meet monthly revenue.
• TMP deliveries: Designing and drafting TMPs of Big projects by self including generic TMPs.
• Audit Deliveries: Doing Site Audits, Filling SCR sheets, & CAP to remove stop-work orders
• Monthly reports: creating a monthly report of each team member, sending it to the board, and attending board meetings twice a month.
• Achivements- I have trained 5 TMP designers and one audtors in Evolution and I worked in last 2 years on TMPs of big projects: Water upgrade projects for Watercare from North Auckland to Hamilton, BIU inspection on NZTA-Waikato East & West Network, Road construction and Asphalt works various Roads- Lake Terrace along with couple of local Roads of Taupo, Cambridge, Tauranga, Hamilton & Auckland, Bridge work: Victoria Street, Cambridge, Events- Rugby, cricket, cycle races, CAR races, parades, films for Hamilton, Auckland & Taupo, Tree Pruning works for Hamilton City Council, Taupo District Council, Waipa DC & Auckland Council. Tree removal works on NZTA Waikato Central & Northland.
• Apart from that, I have worked on various projects for stomwater, wastewater installation, repair, and inspection projects for various regions.
• Shorting non conformance notices for Watercare, housing development sites, and sending CAPs to external auditors.

· Designing, submitting, and getting approval for various types of TMPs at all levels of roads all over Auckland.

· Evaluate the TMP (Traffic Management Plan) and make amendments.

· Coordination with Auckland Transport, ASM, and contractors.

· Attending site meetings with clients, Service Disruptions, ATOC & other parties

· Deployments on my worksites, issuing work start and finishing notifications.

· Leading big projects, playing the team leader role, training new TMP designers, and giving TMP quotations.

· I worked on Ormiston Town Centre project, Maki Street Westgate Project, Chip seal project on Waiheke Island, Asphalt Surfacing project- Central Auckland and South Auckland, Bridge & overhead gantry inspections for various major roads in Auckland CBD & South Auckland, Speed limit reduction project for Auckland CBD, garden maintenance in East Auckland, reconstruction of K & C, and footpaths all around Auckland.

· Analysis of traffic flow, impact of the work site on road user.

· Run the different work sites thought out in Auckland.

· Setting up cones and signs according to the approved TMP.

· Controlling and managing the traffic flow as per the safety of road users as well as non-vehicle road user during road work.

· Maintain health and safety standards.

· Assist the public and make them aware of hazards related to the worksite.

· Completing on site record, Hazard IDs, Incident reports etc.

· I have worked on various projects during construction of Houses & Road at Whitford Road RAB, Maki Street Westgate, Mount Roskill (Freeland Avenue, May Road ), Smythe Road.

• Teaching the students how to understand and write English
• Planning and implementing strategies to improve the Listening and Reading skills of Students
• Work on communication skills of students from various fields
• Managing a class of 50 students.

• Deliver lectures of various subjects according to syllabus of different classes of Bachelor of Technology (CSE) and Master of Computer Application
• Manage and edit the web development projects of various students
• Organize the various personality development camps for students.
