The role is part of the Front Office team, delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a tailored made experience is delivered. This role includes concierge duties, reception duties, porter duties and driver duties, giving great variety to my day. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience whether it be greeting and checking in guests, assisting with luggage, delivering room service, driving guests in our shuttle services or providing a luxury airport service from ZQN to Millbrook Resort. I have Knowledge and experience with Opera Hotel Management systems aswell.
