I am currently a second year Oral Health Therapy (OHT) Student at Auckland University of Technology - North Shore Campus. My studies have enabled me to delve into the intricacies of restorative dental procedures, periodontal examinations and charting, ultrasonic and hand scaling, and more. Understanding dental instruments and their specific uses has been crucial as I've learned to navigate the dental environment with precision and confidence. My experience as an OHT student has sharpened my clinical skills and enables me to communicate effectively with patients of all ages within the dental community.

I work part time as a Podiatrist on the North Shore, Auckland. I specialise in Ingrown Toenail Surgeries and Diabetic Foot Care. During my time as a Podiatrist I have developed excellent patient communication and time management skills.

At this practice I assisted 7 Dentists and 1 Hygienist. I adapted well to the fast-paced environment and fulfilled reception, dental assisting, and sterilisation duties.

I have experience with EXACT software, Invisalign, X-ray's and OPG's, as well as general restorative and cosmetic dental procedures.

At this practice I was responsible for all patient bookings, ACC, WINZ, MOH, and Insurance claims. I acquired the basic knowledge of instrument sterilisation and EXACT software.
