  • Facilitate and Coordinate strong working relationships with Health Care Services and other community providers
  • Provide clinical support and over sight for kaimahi working with nga tangata whaiora on their recovery journey.
  • Initiate and nurture effective working relationships with kaimahi, experts and networks.
  • Lead, support, engage and grow team members to align alongside TToH philosophy, vision, mission and strategy
  • Build a highly effective team of kaimahi who work collaboratively and in an integrated way to achieve outcomes
  • Promoted a culture of continuous learning through professional development opportunities for all kaimahi of Oranga Hinengaro and Medication support
  • Medication Support Coordinator for Oranga Hinengaro Service working alongside Keyworkers with Hastings Community Mental Health, Oranga Hinengaro Service, Medication Support kaimahi and Glenns Pharmacy
  • On-Call Manager for Waiorua Unplanned Respite Services
  • Investigate any incidents, accidents to ensure risks/hazzards identified are addressed
  • Evidence Clinical Best Practice, Right Practice and Safe Practice in a Kaupapa Maori context
  • Participate in the effective recruitment, selection and induction of kaimahi in accordance with TToH human resource policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining positive relationships and effective communication with whanau and the wide community, professional community teams, acute inpatient unit and the wider TToH services
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with kaimahi, peers and senior Management as well as community, whanau and stakeholders.
  • Identify and understand local trends and barriers for whanau through engagement and whanau voice.
