I am currently full time (Mon-Fri)

I manage daycare groups in small dogs and bigs dogs, creating a fun, safe and enriching environment.

Every second to third week I attend the off leash pack walks we provide.

I clean daycare areas depending on the roster/ what shift I am on.

This was a full time job. I manage groups of dogs and there play styles ranging from puppies to senior

dogs.

Preforming nose to tail health checks during the day is an important part of my job.

I feed out breakfast and dinners. I cleaned kennels and the play areas as well.

I have learnt to wash and dry dogs and attend to minor wounds.

-Managing groups of dogs and their play styles.

-Cleaning play areas, kennels and reception.

-Doing health checks/attending to wounds on dogs.

-Creating a fun, safe and enriching environment for the dogs.

-Creating relationships with the owners and dogs.

This was a full time job. I started as a Kennel Hand managing different groups of dogs and being a pack

walker. I leant how to do health checks, attend to wounds and bathe dogs.

I then moved up to being Head of Small/ Medium Dogs after 9 months. I created a strong, well-functioning team, I learnt how to build relationships with clients and their dogs.

Working reception was a big part of this roll as well.

During this time i learned basic training skills working with puppies and adolescent dogs.

I also learned training skills with human reactive dogs and dog reactive dogs.

-Managing different groups of dogs and creating appropriate enrichment.

-Crating relationships with the customers and their dogs.

-Creating rosters for my team.

-Training different dogs with varying behaviours.

-Walking packs of dogs responsibly.

I started off learning how to supervised different groups of dogs, as well as learning the food/medication routine.

Washing blankets, food and water bowls was an important part of my job as well as over all cleaning
