I also worked on dietary for both morning tea, supper and lunch service such as gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, vegetarian and halal.

In a day I could roll upto 700 cookies, making sure every one of them are the same size and cook just right for the students to enjoy. I have a good eye to detail when it comes to baking and I'm open to learning more!
