I am a trusted advisor and team member who capitalises on my specialist knowledge, skills and experience to successfully achieve organisational outcomes. I enjoy mentoring colleagues to enhance the performance of the team as a whole.

I approach my work with the view that building trust and loyalty through partnerships and networks is key to success. Having good relationships with internal and external stakeholders adds to my job satisfaction.

I was responsible for working with clients and their families to support life events including significant moves – such as to retirement living – and home tasks like decluttering and property improvements. The role required excellent organisational skills, developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, and a lot of empathy dealing with clients in challenging circumstances. In this role I:

  • Project managed execution of jobs to schedule using excellent organisation skills and effective relationships with trades people, movers, agents and other suppliers
  • Provided clients with a friendly, efficient and professional service in often challenging situations, resolving on-the-spot issues whilst maintaining excellent customer service

Additional Information

I am community-minded and over the years have contributed time to support my community. I have done this through committee work (Community Creche and Kindergarten) and supporting my daughters' schools – for example as Convenor of the inaugural Brooklyn School Fair which raised $50,000, triple times more than anticipated.

I have also supported school sport through coaching and managing netball and soccer teams.

Family is important to me and I enjoy supporting my daughters at school, university and beyond.

I prioritise wellness and keeping fit, enjoy travel and have a particular interest in interior design.
