Coordinating production schedules within Virtual Art Department (VAD), and ensuring timely delivery of assets to Motion, for various projects simultaneously. Managed a cross-global team throughout production days and facilitated communication between departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues. Developed and updated comprehensive reports and schedules for all production tasks.
