I have worked there for almost a year, I made about 200 empanadas each day. Empanadas are Filipino type of pastry that are filled with meat and vegetables then being fried and served. I also do dishes to make sure the equipments are clean and no cross contamination will happen. Once they are cooked I help with packing then in a box when we get orders.
