At EROAD, I started my career as a Customer Service Agent and shortly progressed to a new role as an Installation Coordinator.
I was the first Installation Coordinator on the team and worked closely with my manager to expand and grow into a team of 10.
My position was to manage and schedule installations across New Zealand with our contracted installers, ensuring the system is up to date and installer follow up is actioned to keep installation time frames within specified Service Level Agreements.
Short-term Temporary Opportunity through Randstad Recruitment in August 2021. I have been trained and now experienced in Contact Tracing, supporting the COVID-19 Response for the Ministry of Health. The CRM system I was trained to use was Salesforce.
I have recently completed and gained a New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4. This course was part time, with 15 hours study each week, including 8 assignments which I have passed all.
